About the Position

(4 month contract)

Main purpose of the job

  • Provides HR business partnering services at Corporate Office level and integrate regional HR solutions accordingly.
  • Partner with the Regional HRBP's to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of Human Resource management initiatives at regional and ATA levels.
  • Deliver HR initiatives that build a high performance culture and operating environment that is conducive to attracting, developing and retaining the "Best in Class" talent. The role ensures alignment of Centres of Excellence solutions with business requirements

Major Activities

  • Partners with Executive HR and COE to build strategies that will engage people in delivering the organization's vision;
  • Allocation of clear delegation of authority and accountabilities for the Regional HRBP's.
  • Provides input and guidance on HR requirements for business project action plans
  • Implements, communicates and offers advice on standard HR systems, processes, policies, procedures, plans, and ensure programs are in place and effectively utilized (compensation, employee relations, staffing, performance management, etc.).
  • Drives communication and implementation of Group standards within the regions and ATA level
  • Support the achievement of the Employee Value Proposition in order to create a 'Great Place To Work' environment.
  • Partners with COE to provide input into strategies and programs that allow the organization to attract and retain the best-in-class talent, and differentiate rewards for the high performers.
  • Applies and tracks key performance metrics through an established scorecard to ensure the effectiveness of service delivery and alignment to achieve business strategy and goals.
    • Partners with COE to drive integrated talent management, development, remuneration and benefits, and performance management strategies to build internal and external talent pipelines, ensuring a sustainable bench of growing and ready now talent for key positions for the Region/s.
    • Provides direction and support to all direct reports with regard to project implementation and innovation
  • Partners with COE to provide input into strategies and programs that allow the organization to attract and retain the best-in-class talent, and differentiate rewards for the high performers.
  • Ensures that department's objectives, standards and operating procedures are communicated to internal and external service providers as per SLA
